Harvest Party~Scarecrow Theme

The Pitcher Family got together for one last summer party. We had a harvest party with a scarecrow theme. We ate a harvest dinner .... moose, corn on the cob, fruit, veggie salads, and pumpkin cookies. And of course, what's a harvest party without a fire for roasting hot dogs.
These are some pretty scary looking people!

And here are some pretty cute little scarecrows!

All 11 grandchildren!

We played harvest Bingo, and all got to visit the prize bucket twice. This was a fun game and the kids and adults both enjoyed it!

The boy folk made scarecrow magnets and the girl folk made scarecrow necklaces.

They are so proud of their creations!

And the highlight was the 4 foot scarecrow pinata!

They all had 3 hits and it ended just right.... a poor battered scarecrow and bags full of candy!

Here are our dear little ones... 11 special spirits (so far) sent to our family to love, teach and share their lives. We are so very blessed! They are a great HARVEST of our love,
time and devotion of our family.
We sent them all home with a bag of candy,
carmel apples and a fun memory!
