Church.....

Today was a great day, we actually got to attend our home ward! With ward/branch conferences, ward visits, and the 4th Sunday, we only attend our home ward about 1, maybe 2 times a month. There are 13 ward/branches in our Stake, a BIG Stake!

So.... about 2 weeks ago, we had a knock at the door, it was the missionaries. We had not met these 3, yes 3. They came in and acted a little awkward, picked up our Church News and put it back on the coffee table. Rick jokingly asked if they were here to activate us and they smiled and said, "well YES we are." When Rick told them that we both had Stake callings and we don't make it to our home ward too often, they were a little embarrassed! One of them said, "well, you were on the list, but when I seen the Church News and Ensign, I thought you must be closet Mormons..... " We all had a good laugh. We did see them at church today!

The church is true, no matter what ward you attend!! :)
